Think positive.
When you have a positive view in your life you tend to have positive view of yourself. Being a optimist you will not worry about what the bad thing that will going to happen in your interaction with other people.
Exercise.
When you exercise you will feel good about yourself plus your body will be healthy and strong. Doing a daily exercise like brisk walking will make your blood circulate better supplying the organs in your body like your brain, the needed nutrients it needs to function well. A healthy brain means a healthy social interaction with others.
Find a skill and be good at it.
Shyness is linked with your self confidence, hence if you have low self esteem you are probably shy. Find a sport or a new habit like learning to play a piano or learning a new language. Then if you learn a particular skill try to master it, the more you advance on that skill the confident you are and the confident you are the less shy you are.
Seek Medical help.
Yes you can seek medical help and let the professional do the work. I know it sounds extreme but if you have extreme shyness you might want to see a doctor or a psychiatrist. They are professional and they can help you. Also they can suggest medication that can help with your shyness.
Stop giving a Fuck.
The reason why you are shy is because you think too much of what people are going to react or say on what you do or say. Now there is a simple solution to that problem and that solution is stop giving a fuck and do what you want to do without worrying what other people are going to think with your actions. Be free be yourself and you will eliminate your shyness.
