Think positive.

When you have a positive view in your life you tend to have positive view of yourself. Being a optimist you will not worry about what the bad thing that will going to happen in your interaction with other people.

Exercise.

When you exercise you will feel good about yourself plus your body will be healthy and strong. Doing a daily exercise like brisk walking will make your blood circulate better supplying the organs in your body like your brain, the needed nutrients it needs to function well. A healthy brain means a healthy social interaction with others.

Find a skill and be good at it.

Shyness is linked with your self confidence, hence if you have low self esteem you are probably shy. Find a sport or a new habit like learning to play a piano or learning a new language. Then if you learn a particular skill try to master it, the more you advance on that skill the confident you are and the confident you are the less shy you are.

Seek Medical help.

Yes you can seek medical help and let the professional do the work. I know it sounds extreme but if you have extreme shyness you might want to see a doctor or a psychiatrist. They are professional and they can help you. Also they can suggest medication that can help with your shyness.

Stop giving a Fuck.

The reason why you are shy is because you think too much of what people are going to react or say on what you do or say. Now there is a simple solution to that problem and that solution is stop giving a fuck and do what you want to do without worrying what other people are going to think with your actions. Be free be yourself and you will eliminate your shyness.

Pros:

This movie is fun to watch right from the start. For me this is some kind of a Daniel Craig James Bond style movie the difference is in here Mel Gibson is a criminal. You will also see in this movie a unique prison which I only knew that this prison exist in real life when I watched the movie.

Cons:

I can't think of any cons because I got really hooked on the movie. I recommend it for you.

Go outside.

Yes social media had connected us more often online but not offline. It lessens our actual interaction with our friends. You can beat your addiction by going outside and being with your friends OFFLINE.

Have a Timer.

If you can find a software that automatically shut down your PC aat a certain time then you might beat your addiction but of course you need self discipline to do this considering you might just turn off the software. It might be a good idea to find a software that have a password protected function and have your mom or brother to set the password so that you will minimize the idea of you turning it off.

Lock it!!!

Another suggestion that spawn from the above suggestion is try to find a software that automatically lock your PC it might be built in the OS. Also if you have your computer in a computer room you might want to ask your mom to lock your room so that you cannot get in.

Find a new Habit.

Some experts says that a habit cannot be removed it can only be replaced. Well in that case you should find another addicting activity now it does not matter if it would be good are bad as long as you eliminate your internet addiction, hence the title. Well habit that I can suggest is mountain biking a dirt bike riding I'm biased because that is what I do hehehe…

Destroy.

Yes for your last resort Try to destroy your means of getting the addiction and by that I mean destroying your computer or your modem and any stuff that makes you connect to the internet.

What is Crab Mentality?

There may be other meaning of crab mentality but this is how I understand it, the way I understand crab mentality is when a person does not want an another individual to advance in life. When this person does not want this other person to advance it means it will do some kind of sinister things to stop it from happening like withholding some vital information which the person might use on the advancement of that person's life.

I might associate it with jealousy or what I call it "jelly" but it's different from jelly because when your jelly it stops right there you don't do anything about it. Crab mentality involves actions which just like the crab you put the other person down with your claws.

You might argue that about my understanding of crab mentality but that's how I understand it. In the news it is used to describe our culture which is when someone that attains fame or goal other people tries to make bad comments on them it's much like trolling in the internet. The media says these people have crab mentality that they don't like their countrymen to advance in life. This is somewhat true but I will try to defend this people who troll other people, it depends on the situation and the person being trolled. For example if that person who attains fame has a bad reputation or he or she attains the fame by means of unethical ways then for me that person is deserved to be trolled. A real life example of this is when a bieber like individual who attains international fame and forgot his or her roots. She or He even develops a fake accent and tries to forget her or his native tongue, now that deserves some trolli'n!

Pros:

If you don't like Justin Bieber and you want him killed or if you like natural born killer then this is a movie for you. Protagonist here hates all mainstream media crap that the media is feeding us, the likes of Justin Bieber, The Kardashan, Reality game shows, Kpop and any related stuff. Add to the fact that our protagonist has a brain tumor and that at any moment he might die.

Cons:

While watching it I can't help it to press the forward button because I get bored when there is no killing scene. I don't know maybe for me it's not worth it to watch the in between scenes but I tell you the killing scene's of Bieber like individuals was epic.
